Is it possible to reserve a Room Online?

Online is the best, most efficient way to request a reservation. Our online reservation process requires two steps. First, you should check the room availability. The room availability shown online is updated daily to reflect our central reservations database. Then, you fill out the form giving us all of the information we will need to confirm your reservation. Within 24 hours of your reservation request, we will confirm your reservation, if possible.return to top

Do you allow Children?

Renaissance Tower does not have a restaurant however, we can do an outcall service to deliver foods to your room this will charge US$2.00 service fee.return to top

Do you have handicapped access?

Our facility is handicap friendly and we do recommend our lower floor for our physically challenge guest. Please call or email us with your specific request.return to top

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy
All reservations have a cancellation deadline which is normally 3 days before arrival date. All conformation will be forwarded immediately to your e-mail address. All cancellation requests using confirmation number are only effective when we have confirmed by email or fax.

Full refund other than administrative fee of US$25.00 is issued if cancellations are received 3 days and more prior to arrival. If notice is received between 3 – 2 days of arrival, a 50% of deposit is refunded. For notice received less than 24 hours prior to date of arrival, no refund will be granted.
